I have attached a schedule to this email with the tentative pickup schedule. Our pickups are on Sundays, probably (judging from the past 2 years) starting around June 6. Please review the attached schedule at your earliest convenience and let me know if I've plopped your pickup weekend right into your vacation, etc. I can shift things now, but once the schedule is final, you are responsible for getting the pickup done on your date. With this list of contact info, you will be able to ask others in the group if they'd like to swap weeks with you. Also, please review the contact information I have for you. Make sure I've got the correct names, addresses, phone numbers, emails for everyone in your share. I would like to make any corrections so all the information is current. If there are omissions such as no phone number shown for you, please let me know so I can plug that in. Note that there are three holiday weekends during the season; people who pick up on those dates are on the schedule only once; nearly everyone else goes twice during the season. I've tried to be fair. I'd like to invite you all a group meeting at 7 pm Tuesday May 25 in our driveway at 17 Creighton Street, Cambridge. At that time I will have a final schedule printed out for distribution, and I can show you where the boxes for each share will be in the driveway, and answer any questions you might have. It should not take long; it's all pretty self-evident. If you can't make the meeting, of course I'll also be emailing the revised final schedule to everyone as well, and am always happy to answer questions. ONE LAST THING, a note from Farmer John: If you are new to the farm, please arrange to attend one of these new member orientations at the farm. The orientation takes about 45 minutes. You do not have to RSVP or 'sign up,' just show up. You only need to attend one (I schedule four to make it convenient to members).
