I am a little late on this one. And while I am at it, the Avon Hill list warns that cats and small dogs should be kept in, as a fox has been sighted in some of their backyards. Our cat, Squeak (she goes in and out but stays on our property) has lived here since she was a kitten, 8 years ago. A week ago she was attacked by a large fluffy white cat. We had to take her to the J.P. animal hospital and we kept her inside while she was healing. Yesterday she was attacked again by the same cat and is limping. We would like to identify the cat's owner and see if anything can be done. The cat doesn't have a collar. We understand this is a risk of letting ones cat go in and out but frankly this is the first time this has ever happened to us. Mostly, cats will growl and make a vocal fuss and establish territory but we've never had a cat attack. The complete story, as I probably confused some of you: Christine saw the guy briefly the day the break-in happened, and I was walking up the hill, with my grandson, past the scene and the cops minutes later. He had parked his bike out front (believe that?) and headed around back. She thought it was odd as she knew Nan was gone, but thought with the bike parked out front, it was someone they knew coming to stay or something. She got a pretty good look at him and gave a description to the police. Christine is on one side of Nan, I am on the other; so this is all a little too close to home. I pulled over and watched him as he pretended to be on this cell phone and then go around to the back of the house. I called the police and they were able to catch him in the act! The kids were in the car with me and I had to keep circling around because of the one way street. They were very excited as was I. >From what I understand, he's known to police, a drifter, so hopefully he'll be out of circulation for a while. Best to you. Christine

These are beneath the Cumberland Farms sign in the Right Field Roof Box standing room section. It is a great place to see the game - no obstruction, the section has its own bathroom and concession stand so lines are minimal, and there is a counter you can lean on and rest your refreshments. But please note, these are standing room tickets and at a Yankees game there is less chance that seats will open up to move into. If you are interested, please let me know.
