The plan is going forward without design review. It only needs the approval of City Inspectors. I am concerned about the impact of this building with its grade level parking garage on the neighborhood. My husband John Felix, who is an architect, will go by the offices to review the plans. I would like to call a neighborhood meeting for us to discuss the plans with our City Councillor and understand the impact of this design on the pedestrian character of our neighborhood.
