I have always hated the fact that the Rite Aid on Mass Ave was so street UN-friendly. Windows papered over higher than anyone could see over, never accepted a poster, a PSNA map, never wanted to have anything to do with neighborhood stuff. I will not miss them. 50% Off Many Items at Rite Aid/Walgreens at Corner of Highland and Grove At the Rite Aid/Walgreens on Highland Ave (at Cutter) much of the inventory (including paper goods, household cleaners, and kitchenware) is 50% off because the store is scheduled to close next month. Others here (no doubt) know more about what's happening with that space than I do, so I won't speak to the broader topic of real estate, loss of a pharmacy, etc... I'm just dropping by to say that I got an amazing deal on some paper towels, dish soap, and toilet paper this morning.

Below is an announcement for two events on Jan 26th that I think you may want to know about: 1) The first notice below is for “Soup Night”, an annual event sponsored by friends of our State Senator, Pat Jehlen. The event is usually packed, so they have moved it to Cambridge Co Housing, 175 Richdale Ave. This event now starts at 4:00 pm. If Pat Jehlen is not your state senator, I apologize.
