Planning Board hearing

Tuesday 17 December 8PM at City Hall Annex regarding the Lutz zoning amendment petition.  

The Lutz petition would change the zoning of the existing C-1A district (on the north side of Richdale Avenue, from Walden Street to Upland Road) to C-1 to match the existing district to the south.

Come to this hearing if you want to have a say in how our neighborhood evolves.

The meeting starts at 7PM with Planning Board business.  There is a case scheduled for 7:20PM  (J.C. Adams site).  The Lutz petition will be heard at 8PM.  The 8:15PM hearing for the Gourmet Express site has been withdrawn from the agenda
