I was out retrieving our recycling bins, and a City pickup truck came by, and asked me if the chair being used to "hold" a parking space on the even side of Richdale was mine. I said "no." The City employee told me that they had been instructed to pick up all chairs, shopping carts, and other devices being used for that purpose, and he tossed the chair in the truck and continued down the street.
