It's the first floor in a three-family, owner lives on third floor, quiet, ten minutes' walk from either Harvard or Porter Square. Small two-bedroom (750 sq ft), ideal for a single person or couple (large bedroom, small bedroom, large living room, small kitchen, medium sized bathroom, recently updated, new electrical wiring, paint, steel doors with new locks). Nice wood floors. Very quiet neighborhood.
