We hope to see you for our first summer movie night at Raymond park on Wed., 7/12!
(RAIN DATE IS WED. 7/26!) At 5:30/6:00 folks start to assemble to picnic, run around, play frisbee, etc.
NEW THIS YEAR: At around 6:30ish through 8ish, our local and wildly talented singer/musician, Julie Rama Winslow, will perform. Some of you may know Julie from her Groovy Baby Music classes, while others may have seen her perform in local kids bands The Jumping Monkeys & The Flipflops. You may also have been to see her sing her original singer/songwriter material at Toad. In any case, this local mamma has been making music with and for children and grownups for 15+ years and is excited to bring her funky self to our movie night!
Then, at around dusk (8:30pm), we play about 15 minutes of Bugs Bunny Cartoons, followed by The Princess Bride.
Please bring your $ for a food truck (Jose's mexican food truck will hopefully be there but we are still waiting on confirmation) and ice cream.
We also would welcome any donations to support the cost of putting on this event- all done by volunteers/private donations. You can do this at the event or online at:
