[Neighbors] Trees should be watered by the city!

Why is the city not watering all of our young city trees during this drought/extended heat wave? In fact, if we really care about "reforesting" our city, we should arrange and pay for this to be reliably done year round as a city. Ruth -- Ruth Ryals raryals@gmail.com
