Subject: [ACN] Tues.: Affordable Housing and Environment hearing
Three meetings on important issues tomorrow, unfortunately at about the same time:
Health & Environment Committee Hearing (6/4)
On Tues. 6/4 from 6-8pm, the Health and Environment Committee will conduct a joint public hearing to discuss the proposed 100% Affordable Housing Overlay as it relates to the tree canopy, open space, green space and stormwater management. The hearing will held at City Hall (795 Mass Ave), and will be televised and live-streamed.
Tues. 6/4, 5:30-8:00pm, Community Arts Center Gym (119 Windsor St)
Grand Junction Multi-Use Path Community Meeting. This public meeting will discuss the project background and explore other rail with trail examples. Read the agenda here.
Tues. 6/4, 6:30-10:00pm, City Hall Annex (344 Broadway)
Planning Board meeting. The New Street Overlay District Zoning Petitionis on the agenda. Televised and live-streamed.
