Months ago, PSNA had a Target representative at a meeting to tell us what they have planned there, when they will open, etc.  He also listened to our requests on what we wanted to see for sale there.

I just spoke to one of the construction workers working on the old Walgreens/Pier One space, and I asked him what was going in.  He told me "Target".

I think that's good news.
