Sorry I missed you Sunday. My fractured ankle is still slowing me down and
after working till 4 I needed to ice it and take a load off. Hope it was fun!

My client Joan Shaw (60s, spry, returning to be close to her grandkids)
is looking for a short term (2-3 mth) furnished studio or 1 bdrm to rent while
looking to buy. She says she's fine with a room or suite in someone's house,
if they offer such a thing. Non smoker, independent, selling her large home
in Amagansett (in the Hamptons, NY).

Kindly let me know if you or someone you know may have such a place
available asap. She's been house sitting for friends all summer & doesn't
want to wear out her welcome.

P.S.  If you know anyone trying to buy a 4-5 bdrm, 2.5 single family with lovely
