At PSNA’s Oct 15th meeting we would like to have a brief update (max 15 min) on the progress of reconstruction of the retaining wall at Porter/Somerville Ave.
Most of our meeting will be spent discussing the proposed construction of 100% affordable housing at 2072 Mass Ave, the current site of Dural Kabab.
Some of you may have attended the presentation by developers Capstone Communities LLC and Sean Hope of Hope Real Estate Enterprises, LLC a week or so ago, but we hope to reach more of our neighbors in this format and have the opportunity to ask more of our questions in a smaller group.
