Retired couple (my in-laws) living in Italy and London are once again looking for a home rental near us (16 Linnaean St) for approximately the month of August. He is a retired attorney (HLS, Baker McKenzie), she is an interior decorator. They are non-smokers, have no pets, no young children. Can be a house or a condo. Minimal stairs would be preferable. AC is probably essential. Payment in cash; USD, GBP or Euros as you prefer.
