It is such a landlord's market these days that it is very difficult to find an apt in Cambridge without a rental agent. Especially relatively quickly. My recommendation is to call Michael Malkoff at the Mass Ave Coldwell Banker offc 617-864-8566, Dev DeCarlo at the Huron Ave CBRB office at 617-864-8566 (female) and Brian at Apt Rental Experts on College Ave in Davis Square (google). He found me my apt on Buena Vista Park. I tried Craig's List and asking around but I didn't find a place till I called a bunch of agents.
