Inman Square filming will take place at a hospital in Cambridge-near Somerville-according to Ini Tomeu, a spokesperson for the city of Cambridge. Jackie Rossetti, a spokesperson for Somerville, said filming will take place on Thursday, Friday and Monday. However, the film crew will be using Beacon Street in Somerville as a staging area from Wednesday, Aug. 8, through Monday, Aug. 13. As a result, there will be no parking on Beacon Street between Washington Street and Morgan Street on those days. The street will remain open to traffic. Rossetti said producers of The Heat originally "had been looking for properties in Somerville, but nothing met their needs."
