Hi Cambridge friends, We’re thrilled that Walter’s niece will be moving into our 3rd fl. apartment this summer. But sorry to have to notify Alison Harris, our rave-review* 3rd fl. tenant, that we won’t be renewing her lease. As an accommodation, we’ve told Alison that she can leave before her lease term ends on May 31, and we’ll forgo rent for the period after she vacates. If you have an apartment to rent or know of someone who does, please review Alison’s attached description of the type of apartment she’s looking for and where. Her contact information is included. *Alison is lovely, thoughtful and so quiet that we barely even hear her on her stairs (just on the other side of our interior living and dining room wall) and only occasionally even notice that anyone lives above us. Alison has put plants at her outside entryway to give them a nice look. We can’t imagine a better tenant. Thanks for your consideration and possible referral.
