Hi all, I encountered a small, young brown & gray tabby cat around 6:30 this morning on the corner of Upland and Washington. It was friendly and vocal, but too skittish to pick up. I came back with food to try to lure it in, but by then it had moved along across Washington (maybe behind #140 Upland). Please keep an eye out—this kitty did not seem big enough to be outside.
