I found a broken open package on Herbert Street, addressed to someone on Buena Vista. Fortunately, I also found the discarded contents nearby. I guess the thief decided against it. I delivered it safely (I hope), but be forewarned it's happening again. Bill Barnert 7 Herbert Street
