The cars going toward Arlington fill up the intersection, and pedestrians have to dart in between them. Mr. Cheung is going to bring this up at the next city council meeting July 29 and ask that the traffic and safety staff of the city look at the intersection (I wonder if we could possibly have a stop light before the crosswalk, timed with the next one?) Anyway, if you would like the city to look at the intersection with a view to safety for pedestrians, please write to DLopez@Cambridgema.gov, with your thoughts and the City Councilors will see what you send.
