Cambridge Montessori School just sold their parking lot to Senne Development for $6.35 million. (Senne purchased the property as 41 Bellis Circle LLC, a newly registered LLC). The property is just under an acre in size.

The school had purchased the property for $7,375,000 back in 2017, with the intent of expanding their school, meaning they took a loss of over $1 million on the sale.

Senne has a history of flipping properties for a quick profit.
