Ave Community Meeting Dear Neighbor, I'm writing to you because you were kind enough to sign the petition in support of the affordable housing development at 2072 Massachusetts Avenue. Capstone Communities, the group that is proposing this development, has revised its plan for the building. You can read about this updated plan here. Capstone will be holding a community meeting Tuesday March 30 at 7pm via Zoom to discuss this new plan. I've attached a flyer with details about the meeting. You have to register in advance if you wish to attend. I'm hoping some of us neighbors who support this project will show up. Usually it's the opponents of affordable housing projects who speak loudest at such meetings, and I'm hoping that we can demonstrate to all involved that those opponents do not represent the views of our whole community.
