Disturbing. Eyes opn at 1 am??? yikes! nw Early on April 26, (after 1am) a young man was seen looking into a house and maybe houses on Avon Hill: He seems young --- maybe 18-25. He seems about 5'6" to 5'10," sandy hair, sandy, very short beard running into sideburns, and soft mustache, and was neatly dressed with a sweater and pants. The sweater is dark green across the shoulders and lighter green below, with a horizontal green stripe between the color blocks. He wore athletic shoes, and carried a nice, business-like shoulder bag. He looked relatively fit, neither thin nor fat. He apparently looked around for some time and may have taken some pictures.
