He's flexible: either a sublease, a year's lease, house-sitting, or house-sharing would be agreeable with him. He can pay up to $700 a month plus utilities. Colin is a creative graphic designer. He typically works from 8 am to 9 pm, and much of that time out of the house. He is quiet, clean, respectful of others, and happy to help out with anything that might need to be done. He works out, bicycles, and doesn't smoke or drink. He doesn't need to store possessions and has few items, but a room with a bed would be ideal. I wish my house was large enough to accommodate Colin. He would be a welcome addition.
