Hello! We’re a family of 4 (two elementary age children) looking for a 2 or 3- bed apartment for rent for Jan-Dec 2020. We are unexpectedly staying in Cambridge an additional year. We prefer a furnished apartment but unfurnished okay, too. We’re a super clean family, non-smokers, no pets. We do need a nonsmoking unit, and we require at least 1 off-street parking spot.
