The fourth public meeting to discuss the North Massachusetts Avenue Improvement Study recommendations will take place Wednesday October 27th, at 6:30pm in the Peabody School Cafeteria, 70 Rindge Avenue. This meeting will be an opportunity to further refine the zoning recommendations as well as review the non-zoning recommendations, regarding the retail environment and streetscape improvements, of the study.
