Our family of three is looking for a three bedroom, two+ bathroom apartment for occupancy 6/1, 7/1 or 8/1. Would consider a two bedroom if there were a spot we could put a pull-out couch for guests. We are quiet, considerate, easy tenants, (with no pets) willing to help with things like shoveling etc. and also have strong credit history.
