We have a third floor apartment in our home and we are looking for renters to start January 1st. It is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the third floor of our house. The house is on Raymond Park, with views of the park. It is a less than ten minute walk to Porter Square, a 20 minute walk to Harvard Square. There is a separate entrance and it is a walk up. There are wood floors, we recently replaced the windows, and it was painted last winter. There are four rooms total and great closet space. Laundry is not included. Rent is $2000 a month which does not include utilities. We will be looking for a tenant starting January 1. No smokers, no pets. I can send photos and am also happy to show it.
