Middle Income Unit Available to Income Eligible First-time Homebuyers Located at 20 Chestnut St., this unit will be available to income eligible first-time homebuyers through the City of Cambridge First-time Homebuyer program. This unit is a flat with two bedrooms, one bath, includes one deeded garage parking space and is priced at $300,000. The unit is subject to resale, limited equity and primary residency restrictions. Priority will be given to Cambridge residents and families with children. The application deadline is April 3, 2015 by noon.
