Hi neighbors, The City dropped off a brand-new blue lidded recycling bin with wheels at 114 Upland Rd, but we didn’t request it. If yours wasn’t delivered, or you're simply in need of a new one, you’re welcome to this one. The bin is still out in front of the house. I’ll send it back next week if no one’s interested.
