*PSNA January 19th Zoom MeetingJanuary 19, 2023, 7-9 PM*

*Arish Halani of Budega at 1686 Mass Ave* will join us to tell us about them, their progress on the build out at the property formerly occupied by Stereo Jack's, and about their plans.

*We will also discuss the recent shooting by the police* of a young man who was apparently suffering a mental breakdown. We do not have all the facts, but I am hoping some of us who have attended the various City and City Council meetings will share your thoughts.

This is a tough subject which we need to talk about.

Our heart's go out to this poor young man's family. We need to understand how this could happen here. And seek to make sure it never happens again.

How should such a situation be handled? Why can't the police, if they feel endangered (and as a last resort), not "shoot to kill"?

Finally,* we need to elect new officers*, as we did not have a quorum at our last meeting. This should not take very long. The current officers have agreed to serve again.
