For our first hour+, we have invited Jeff Roberts, of CDD, to talk to us about zoning on Mass Ave: what we have now, including the AHO and what we might have as a result of the Mass Ave Planning Study. We have also asked Patrick Barrett to join us with an overview of the mixed use project proposed at 2400 Mass Ave. Join us, in person at Lesley University Hall, 1815 Mass Ave, Rm 2-078 or on Zoom (look for the link early next week). Come with your questions for both of our quests, and please a break Iin our hot weather! Ruth Ryals raryals@gmail.com We have invited Jeff Roberts to talk about the current zoning along Mass Ave (north of The Common), and then talk about how that could change. And, of course, has already changed for AHO projects. Then Q & A time. what is happening north of Porter Square. *We meet hybridly. Join us in person or on zoom.* There are exciting new businesses, some expansions and moves, and many old favorites. In short, all of the interesting and unique ones, as well as the challenges. Come help us talk about what you like about this area and what would make this stretch of Mass Ave better. Ahead of a larger North Mass Ave Plan Study, let's discuss how the Avenue could be designed to make this section of Mass Ave attract more of us to shop, to eat, *to even know about*, these small (and a few larger) ones. Please join us! And pass the invite on to neighbors and to other small businesses in N. Cambridge. Unfortunately, I do not have all of the emails for the businesses on the Ave. We meet *in-person* at *Lesley University Hall, 1815 Mass Ave, Rm 2-078 *or on zoom: -- Ruth Ryals raryals@gmail.com
