It is about 20 years old (and cost too much at the time!) and in need of sanding and paint. It would likely need a few new ladder rungs and whatever one does with an old swing set to make it more stable. It would need to be refurbished to be used for a family. If you'll take it it's free. If you only want the swings they're free too, but you've gotta take the swing set for us and recycle it.
