Many of you may have received this already: it was sent to those who had signed up through the Cambridge Conversations process (which a number of you may have participated in), as well as a number of community listservs. I am sending this to you directly because you are listed as a contact for a neighborhood organization <http://www.cambridgema.gov/CDD/planud/neighborhoodorganizations.aspx> please feel free to forward the message below to your organization membership or community listserv (or others who may be interested) if it has not been sent out to them already. The Community Development Department (CDD) has been working on a draft scope of services and deliverables <http://www.cambridgema.gov/CDD/Projects/Planning/~/media/8C8E0A6FC1A2485E93 0D8C01423C87D0.ashx> , which will guide the selection of a consultant team for the citywide planning process. The draft document is being circulated for community review for approximately two weeks. Please send any comments or suggestions to CambridgeConversations@CambridgeMA.gov by Friday, May 8, 2015. Your comments will inform the fine-tuning of the scope and deliverables, which will be a part of the Request for Qualifications for a consultant team to work with the City throughout the planning process. For more information, you can visit the citywide planning project page <http://www.cambridgema.gov/CDD/Projects/Planning/citywideplanning.aspx> on the CDD website.
