Hello everybody.

If you might have visitors in Boston at Christmas or January, my room in Somerville is available for rent from December 20, 2016, to January 31, 2017. The room is on the second floor, has a large table, double bed, and private bathroom.

The house is shared with my friend Peter, the common spaces are large and with all utilities. It is very conveniently located, near Cedar st. and Highland ave., just a 15 minutes walk to the Davis sq. metro. Private parking for one car is available.

Rent is $900 a month or $600 for two weeks, all included. If you are interested in a shorter period, I can ask Peter.
