Oldtime Baseball Game Thursday night

The last of summer! From: "Kelley, Craig" <ckelley@cambridgema.gov> Date: Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 6:48 PM Subject: Oldtime Baseball Game tomorrow (Thursday) Hello Everyone: If you’ve missed the buildup, I thought I’d remind of you of tomorrow’s (Thursday’s) Oldtime Baseball Game at Saint Peters Field on Sherman Street with pre-game festivities starting at 7 PM. Red Sox Great Roger Clemens will be making an appearance. The rain date is Friday, 23 August, also at 7 PM. Admission is free but this game is a popular local tradition and it can get crowded so come early and bring a lawn chair if you’re going to be sitting along the sidelines. Learn more at http://oldtimebaseball.com/ One of the things that makes this game special is the wide variety of old baseball uniforms the players wear from just about all parts of baseball history. These uniforms were made in 1998 and are only used for this game. With Labor Day just around the corner, this game is a fun way to end the summer season.
