I represent Sidonie, LLC dba Colette which has signed an Agreement to operate a new Restaurant in the Porter Square Hotel. Colette will be owned and run by Sandrine Rossi, owner of Frenchie in the South End and Loic LeGarrec who owns Petit Robert. Colette will be a sit down French Restaurant and Wine Bar with a casual, food first approach. The menu will be similar to Frenchie https://www.frenchieboston.com/, but may also have some southern French/Mediterranean influences. A restaurant has been part of the plan and the planning process for this Hotel and the hotel owners and restaurant operators are excited about making it a reality. We have a hearing at the Licensing Board on April 11 to approve a Management Agreement which will allow Colette to use the Liquor License currently issued to the hotel.
