As part of the Thursday evening Swirl and Slice market in Union Square, Union Square Main Streets invited a food truck to serve market customers. On Thursdays, August 16 and 23 they welcomed Roxy's Grilled Cheese. Known around the country for their participation in the Great Food Truck Race on the Food Network, brothers James and Mike DiSabatino have generated a loyal local following for their sandwiches that show that everything really does taste better with melted cheese.
