Re: [Neighbors] PARKING for our HouseConcert Saturday, Feb 16th with Amy Speace!

Neighbors, If any of you can help us out with additional parking tomorrow night, we would deeply appreciate it. In return, Jim has managed to clear 3-4 more spaces on the street. Most of our guests tomorrow night will be T-ing or walking. They are our neighbors and Cambridge friends. However, invariably some will be coming from Derry, NH (belive it!) or Billerica. So if you are home tomorrow night and can park in your driveway, so someone can find a spot on the street, that would be great. If you will be gone (or know your neighbor is gone), and we can parkthere (probably Jim and me, so the artists can use our driveway) just from 6-11pm or so, that would be VERY nice. Thanks, and I hope to see many of you here at the show! We still have room! Ruth
Hi everyone!
We are having a Houseconcert featuring Amy Speace at our house in Cambridge Saturday evening, February 16th! Angel Snow opens!
We are all in for a treat, and a rare chance to see this great singer-songwriter in such an intimate setting! Some of you may have seen Amy when she performed here in the fall of 2008, but she has gone miles and been widely acclaimed (including by Judy Collins) since then. More details about Amy and what she has been up to can be found on the attached flyer.
The venue for this event is a private home with only limited street parking available normally; and with the snow everywhere, even fewer! However, we are located just blocks from Porter Square, with easy access via public transportation.
Directions to our house will be given when you rsvp!
February 16th, 2013 (Saturday)
Show starts at 7:00 pm
Suggested donation is $20 per person or $35 per couple
Advance reservations for this event are appreciated, as our space is limited
